If you wish to engage us for this service, your office would need to provide Richie’s with the following information:
- Complete patient demographics, including insurance and all known drug allergies
- Copy of the most recent culture (along with sensitivities if available)
- Any history regarding the infection or other pertinent information
Once received, pharmacists at Richie’s will review all of this information and send recommendations back to your office for your consideration.
